Getting started here at CrossFit 1210 is easy. We will offer a FREE week to anybody who wants to see what our training is all about. Our goal is ensure that you are getting what you pay for and not buying something you do not really want. Just start by choosing the appropriate class you want to attend from below and follow the prompts from there.
We offer a variety of different class times, but before you are introduced into the regular classes you may be required to complete the fundamentals course. This is dependent based on an individual athlete's needs.
Fundamentals will cover the foundation movements and will be scheduled individually with each athlete. We want to ensure that every new client is introduced to CrossFit in a safe manner and starts with a certain level of fundamental understanding. Also, this gives our staff an opportunity to asses you as an athlete in order to ensure you start off at the appropriate intensity and skill level so that we can mitigate risk of injury.
PLEASE COMPLETE THIS STEP before you arrive in order to maximize class time. Prior to the first work out, whether it be the trial workout or the first day of fundamentals, every athlete will be required to sign a liability waiver digitally by creating an account (guest use the box above or use the hyperlink to sign up for training sessions) in and through that process you will be prompted to sign the waiver as well as choose a class in which to attend. Paper waivers are available at the gym. A completed waiver is required before training begins.
CrossFit 1210 is not a 24 hour access gym. All training is performed at designated class times and only under supervision of CrossFit approved trainers.
Class times may be added or changed based on need. Each class is limited to 20 athletes. Please RSVP to ensure availability and so that staff can anticipate attendance. Please contact us with your suggestions.
